Forget and Change Account Password
If you desire to change your password and/or Security Question through the steps below:
1-Login to you client home in AlpsHost portal.
Login client area
2- From the box on the right side of the client home page click on the "+" sign near the Account drop down list.
3- Click on "Change Password" button
4- In the next page enter the existing and the new password and save changes.
In the case you have forgotten your current password of your client area login page which you can access through the link https://clients.alpshost.com/clientarea.php, you can click on "Request a Password Reset", in the next page you are asked to enter your email address and proceed the remained steps to get the new pass word.
You can change this password through the steps above.
