How do I redirect, divert or alias my domain name?
We offer an aliasing service for all of our customers as standard. This service is very simple, but useful for customers who have more than one domain that they want to point to their web site. An aliased domain acts in exactly the same way as the domain it is aliased to - the same pages are displayed. To add an aliased domain to your existing domain, you need to first make sure that the DNS servers are pointing to our servers. Once this has been done, please follow these steps:
- Login to WSP
- Click on Domain ( left hand menu )
- Click on "Add Domain" button
- select " Domain "
- Enter the domain name and make sure you have only checked "Enable DNS" checkbox.
-Click on "Add Domain" button.
- After that goto "Web Sites" section and select your top level domain.
- Then in top of page select "Add Web Site Pointer" button.
- select your domain name that you want make it alias and select "Add Pointer" button.
