I've created a user under my reseller account. How can I find its username and password?
If you enter Account Number during adding user, It will be its username. Otherwise Helm creates a username automatically based on rules you've defined in Account Settings>User Settings of control panel.
After adding a user, Helm assign a random password for him. You can't view the password directly from control panel, but you can send this password through Welcome Email. You can also change your user's password via Helm
