I registered a new domain through Alps HOST. Can you send me the login information to the OnlineNIC domain manager?

In general, we do not provide the login information for the OnlineNIC (our Domain Registrar Partner) domain management interface. If you need to update any of the whois information, we can make the update for you. Please email our technical support.

The intention of this policy IS NOT to prevent the customer from managing their domain name whois information. This policy is in place
(a) in order to prevent customers from potentially messing up their domain name settings which can make their website inaccessible - We have seen this happen before many times at other hosting companies.
(b) in order to prevent fraud.

If you absolutely require access to the OnlineNIC domain manager, we can provide the login information. However, the customer will be responsible for transferring your domain name to another domain registrar of your choice prior to the expiration date.

Please note that the OnlineNIC system does not have a grace period for domain expiration and they will disable a domain name the day of expiration.
