Create Sub Accounts
You can create sub- accounts to define privacy and access level or permissions for them. (exp.: A sub- contact may receive only a special group of emails)
1- Login to you client home in AlpsHost portal.
Note: You can learn about how to create account in AlpsHost portal from the link below:
2- From the box on the right side of the client home page click on the "+" sign near the Account drop down list.
3- Click on "Contacts/Sub-Accounts" button
4- In the page shown, fill the sub- contact information.
5- For activating the defined sub- contact check the box near "Tick to configure as a sub-account with client area access".
6- Enter the desired password
7- Define sub- account permissions (check the boxes of permissions)
8- In order to define which group of emails this sub- contact can receive check the boxes near to desired email groups.
9- At last click on the "Save Changes" button.
