How can I setup my reseller account in Helm
After receiving your reseller login info, You can start using your reseller account. Here is basic instructions for setup your account in Helm
- If you prefer to use your own name servers, please refer to a KB article at http://www.alpshost.com/support/index.php?action=kb&article=77. Otherwise you can use our name servers :

- Login to your reseller account control panel at http://cp.alpshost.com/
- Creating a parking page : You can define a page to be copied automatically when adding a new domain to your account. You can design this page with any web designing program like FrontPage. - Creating a welcome message for your clients : You can setup Helm to send welcome emails to your clients. This email can contains your user information like his username and password. An article at http://www.alpshost.com/support/index.php?action=kb&article=131 explains how to define this email in Helm.
- Adding your hosting plans : As a Helm reseller, you must create your own hosting plans to offer to your customers. Before you begin, we recommend you to define your Hosting Plans on the paper. This will help you define what hosting features will be included in each of your hosting plans.
