I get errors when I try to setup a new domain

SYMPTOMS

You try to create a new domain but when you try to save the new domain, you get an error saying "contact administrator".

SOLUTION

Make sure when you set up your plans that if you have a resource enabled (such as mail) that you provide at least one item of that resource in the plan.
In other words, you want to create a plan with 10 email accounts. You enable the resource, but accidentally leave the POP accounts set to zero. When Helm tries to create the new domain, it tries to add an e-mail domain to the mail server, but fails because it's not allowed to add any mail accounts (you left it set to zero).

Unfortunately, Helm is not very descriptive about these kinds of errors. If you see and error and don't understand why you're getting it, please open a support ticket and we will assist you.
