An error occur when trying to upload CGI scripts to the cgi-bin folder with FrontPage client.

When trying to upload cgi scripts to the cgi-bin folder with FrontPage, the following error occurs:

Server Error: The folder "/cgi-bin" is marked executable.  You are not allowed to put files into an executable folder on this server

By default, FrontPage extension does not allow uploading into the cgi-bin folder (or any folder marked with only executable permission).

To resolve the problem, please contact support to have this restriction removed on your website.  As an alternative, you can also upload your cgi script (Perl or PHP) to other directories.
