How long do i have to wait for my files to refresh when I upload new data?

Updates should be immediate....if you cant see the changes its likely your ISP is caching data. In this case, hold down ctrl and hit F5 or refresh in your browser and this should resolve it.If this doesnt work, add a ? to the end of your url eg. http://www.alpshost.com/? and it will force a refresh
