Do you offer programing or debugging services? Or support custom or third party code?

Custom Code / Programming Support
Alps HOST's support department does not support or handle requests for help with customer software or code. Except for the intial determination whether the problem is related to the web servers configuration, supported/provided components, and/or any other service-related problems. In general, we can assist in determining the cause of error messages and make sure no system/service related issue is causing problems with applications.

This policy is in place because programing support is especially time consuming and the line between problem resolution and programming consulting can become blurred. We currently do not offer programing or debugging consulting services.

Third-Party Code / Software
Alps HOST welcomes all of our customers to use any third-party code they desire except for some applications that are specificly restricted. These types of applications are outlined in our Sevice Usage Policies.

We however do not offer technical/programming/debugging support for third-party products. Except for the initial determination if the problem is related to the web servers configuration, supported/provided components, and/or any other service-related problems, the most effective method to get technical support for third party products is the software vendor and/or the software author.
