As we've informed before, In an effort to optimize our network architecture, we have undertaken a large migration effort to restructure our data center facilities, moving from our SAVVIS location to a more centralized facility, the Dallas Databank data center. This migration will allow Alps HOST
customers to utilize the following:

Latest enterprise and enhanced network equipment
Multiple 10 gigabit internet connections
Fully redundant virtual Cisco switching equipment
Diverse carrier blend

The Databank facility also has a highly efficient and “Green Power” usage policy.

As a result of this massive undertaking, some servers will be replaced with new and better ones and other will be transported to Databank in several phases.
Also all servers will be allocated a new IP range.

We've migrated several servers few months ago and for now we'll transport servers ALPS18. Here is the details in this regard :

ALPS18 (Web server, Current IP Address : 72.36.206.130) : This server will be transported to Databank on May 23th. We expect 2-3 hours downtime during transportation. Web sites' IP will be changed to 72.232.228.2.
